Two of three Founding Members create a Steering Committee to impact neighborhood association. This committee is open to resident and businesses in the Fillmore community including general members of the neighborhood association.

September 2012 Board Elections to elect two new Board Members to bring the board to five members.
At this time time the board will elect a permanent president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. A five hour retreat will take place by the end of the year to finalize the by-laws.
The 5 member executive board will be responsible for creating a report and recommendation by the September 2013 election about whether to seek non-profit status and whether to be a political or charitable tax exempt agency.
During the September 2013 board election two new seats will be created bringing the total number of seats from five to seven. A retreat will be taken before the end of the year 2013 to determine if the neighborhood association will pursue tax exist status.
No member of the neighborhood association can serve more than two years on the executive board within a seven year period. Each year each executive member must be re-elected to the board, with the exception of the founding members who have the option to serve a two year term ending in September of 2013.
