March and Vigil in Fillmore and Bayview for Murder Victims

We ask for your prayers today in our city as we have lost 3 people to homicides.  We know of a bright young man who had a great future ahead of him, and his life was taken on last evening at Eddy & Divisadero Streets.  I ask that you all pray for Valerie and Larry, the parents and her family in the loss of their son, Lawrence Richardson.  Pray for the other victims we don't know of and the 7 families of Oakland, California.  The Healing Circle ask you for your support in these times of Trayvon Martin's Family, Lawrence Richardson's Family and the families of Oakland.

There will be two (2) MARCHES tomorrow, Wednesday, April 4^th

Third & Carroll Streets at 11:30AM

Eddy & Fillmore Street at 6:15PM and walk up 3 blocks to Fillmore and Divisadero Street for Lawrence Richardson.

Tragic Homicide Yesterday in the Fillmore Community

A 21 year old youth was murdered while walking out of a corner store on Divisadero and Eddy yesterday evening, Monday, April 2, 2012.  

“May God bless the man, his family and friends and the neighborhood.

May the healing begin now.

Life is precious and no one gets away with destroying life.  May God have mercy on all concerned.”
